I started Steamboat Cinny Co. in 2025 after seeing a major need in our community for comforting, familiar, delicious pastries and baked goods.

While I do have a little bit of formal training in pastry arts, most of what I know came from my Gram. Her name was Betty and I distinctly remember sitting on her counter, watching her bake all the things that grandma’s bake.

The point of all of this is to first, steward this incredible gift that God has given me (and that I’ve grown with a LOT of trial and error!) and bring glory to his name. Second, to connect with our community over delicious, familiar yet elevated pastry that is instantly recognizable. Lastly, to bring people together… make the things that you’d sit around with friends and family sharing and having conversations over.
